Here's where you'll find everything you need to know about shopping with ALDO.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number. Please click on the following link to track your order once it has been shipped: Track Your Order Page

Easy: enter the style name or number in the search box at the top right of the page. Don’t have a specific style in mind? Use our top navigation to browse our categories. Use the filters on our category pages to help you narrow down options in your size and colour.

We offer a click and collect service, meaning that you have the option to collect your purchase from one of the stores listed below within 3 – 7 days from placing your order

We guarantee to refund unworn items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase. ALDO reserves the express right to determine whether the returned product is deemed sellable.

Exceptions include, but are not limited to:

  • For hygiene purposes, earrings, socks, hair accessories and cosmetics may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
  • Items purchased on Black Friday promotion, 22-26 November 2023 and Cyber Monday, 27 November 2023 or on December 26 and 27 cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Exchanges

It is important to us that you are happy with your ALDO purchase. In the event that you wish to exchange your purchase we encourage you to exchange your item within one of our ALDO stores. If you would like to process the exchange via the online store, please could you email your order number and exchange request to [email protected]. We will get in touch within 24 hours to help you with the process.

Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned.

Online Refunds

Refunds can only be processed via the online store, Refunds cannot be processed in an ALDO Store.

It is important to us that you are happy with your ALDO purchase. In the event that wish to return your purchase for a refund we encourage you to return via the online store, please could you email your order number and return request to [email protected]. We will get in touch within 24 hours to help you with the process.

A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided, under any circumstances.

Protecting your shoes is a vital step in ensuring that they last for all your upcoming occasions. We carry a vast array of shoe care products from waterproof sprays to cleaning wipes to polishing solutions for leather and suede. The right product for you will depend on the material of your shoes.
